Preserve Your Pride 2026 Photos!
Submit your photos of Boston Pride 2026 to be archived for the queers of the future!
Every photo you took at Boston Pride 2026 is a primary source: proof that we were here, that we celebrated, that we resisted, that we existed. Without community submissions like yours, those moments slip away, and the archives of the future will have gaps where all the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, two-spirit, and more people should have been.
We are especially calling on LGBTQ+ people of color, trans and nonbinary people, and disabled people to submit your images. Archival silences are not accidents — they are the result of whose stories get deemed worth keeping. At Queer History Boston, we are committed to building a record that reflects the full, intersectional reality of our community, not a flattened or sanitized version of it. Your face, your joy, your presence belongs in the historical record.
No photo is too small. A candid with friends, a sign you made, a moment of rest — all of it matters. Future queers deserve to see themselves in history, and that history is made of exactly these memories.
Every image is an act of preservation. Submit today.
